Fully waterproof and breathable, the TRAILSHELL JACKET has been constructed with a lower environmental impact at heart. This is thanks to the use of a new mono fabric, Pertex Revolve. It combines the outer-shell and the waterproof, breathable membrane both of which are made from 100% recycled polyester into one singular construction, which also makes it easier to recycle at end-of-life.
The Pertex Revolve fabric is highly waterproof, at 20,000 HH. It's also extremely breathable, allowing sweat to escape when you're working hard. An adjustable hood with wire-reinforced peak provides extra protection against the wind and the rain, and can be clipped down when not in use.
Weighing just 260g, the TRAILSHELL JACKET is super lightweight. When not in use it packs down small into its own hood, for easy carrying.
The jacket has a comfortable, relaxed fit that's neither too slim, nor too loose. This allows you room to move freely and for additional layering on colder days. A clever, no-ride-up waist hem adds to the comfortable, secure feel. In terms of pockets there are two hand pockets that give ample room for storage (they're large enough to fit an OS map in).
